No matter how many times we receive feedback from happy customers, either by email, on social media or even face-to-face, it just makes our day. It also motivates us to keep ensuring every Sydney Sprouts experience is a wonderful one.
We love watching smiles grow.
Our passion for sprouting started over 35 years ago now, when the family business purchased a small plot of farmland on the fringes of western Sydney. Since that day, we’ve always put the greatest care into the way we grow, harvest and deliver our sprouts to fresh produce markets and stores. We still do this of course. But with the recent addition of our online and home-sprouting range of products, it now extends even further.
Small touches make a big difference.
We take tremendous pride in the attention we give to every online order, ensuring our packaging and presentation is always beautiful using natural and earthy materials that reflect our own values as a business. (For this reason, they also make great gift ideas – but that’s another story!)
Something else we like to do is surprise and delight our customers. It’s not uncommon to find an extra item or two carefully tucked into your delivery, with our compliments, as a little gift to say ‘thank you’ for supporting our family business.
Ultimately, we know it’s the quality of our products that bring our customers back again and again. But we just love adding these personal touches. Judging by some of the feedback we’ve been receiving lately – see below for a small selection – we think our customers do too ;)
