Taste: Also known as nasturtium shoots, these increasingly popular microgreens pack an unmistakable spicy punch, similar to the flavour of mustard and wasabi. Both the leaves and flowers are fully edible. With their beautiful range of colours – light pink to yellow stems and dark green leaves – they make a wonderful addition to salads.
Nutrition: Nasturtium microgreens are rich in vitamins A, B and C, calcium, potassium, antioxidants, fibre and copper.
Source: Our nasturtium seeds are sourced from the Netherlands.
Growing time: While nasturtium uses the same growing method as other microgreen varieties, it usually takes longer for the plants to reach maturity, often up to 90 days.
Our seed bags are made from a natural woven blend of cotton and muslin. For longer shelf life please store your seeds in an airtight container.
