Black pearl mungbean sprouting seeds
Taste: Crunchy, buttery and fragrantly sweet, our black pearl mung beans are a variety of the black gram. While related to green mung beans, they have distinctly different biology which gives them a noticeably stronger flavour.
Nutrition: One of the most nutritionally dense foods, mung bean sprouts provide an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, proteins and enzymes. They’re very low in calories and high in vitamin K, vitamin C, iron, folate and fibre. They’re also a great source of potassium.
Source: Our black pearl mung beans are hand-sourced from the artisan basin of the Darling Downs, Central and Northern Queensland.
Growing time: 3-4 days.
Our seed bags are made from a natural woven blend of cotton and muslin. For longer shelf life please store your seeds in an airtight container.
