As all our products are food items, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the rare event you believe our products are not of the uttermost highest quality please contact us within two weeks of your order via email@example.com or phone 02 9826 2428 so we can resolve any issues/feedback you may have.
Our Seed satisfaction promise
If you carefully watched our How to Sprout Seeds video and followed our growing instructions but your seeds did not sprout, you can return them for a full refund. This does not apply if you skipped a step – reread the instructions!
