Fenugreek sprouting seeds
Taste: While mature fenugreek has a distinct and naturally bitter taste, the sprouted version is a lot more mellow. Mustard in colour, their uniquely spicy flavour is perfectly suited for Indian cuisine or simply adding a flavour twist to everyday dishes and salads. Fenugreek seeds can even be brewed up like a herbal tea.
Nutrition: Fenugreek is naturally low in sodium and very low in cholesterol. It’s also a good source of protein, magnesium, copper, manganese, iron and dietary fibre. Fenugreek is considered something of a superstar in the ayurvedic (holistic healing) world with a wide range of medicinal benefits for both men and women.
