Toasted Rice Crackers - Golden Sweet Potato


A lightly sweet mix of sweet potato, coconut and ginger. Delicious on its own or as a sweet treat with cheese!

Cooking Method:

Put raw pieces flat in the microwave (enough to cover a plate) for 60-90 seconds - the crackers are ready once the surface has bubbled. The rice cracker will harden once it has cooled down. We recommend testing a small piece first in the microwave for 20 seconds.
