Toasted Rice Crackers - Coconut & Shallots


A savoury, crunchy mix of coconut and fragrant shallots. Fantastic with Thai or Indian curry.

Cooking Method:

Put raw pieces flat in the microwave (enough to cover a plate) for 60-90 seconds - the crackers are ready once the surface has puffed up and are no longer translucent.

Gluten free, no added oil and preservatives.
